[Ikki is restless.

He's been up and down on top of the Coliseum three times. He's watched old black and white movies in the theater, and he's wandered the ballroom by himself for hours now. He's been restless ever since he rolled over and realized that he still hadn't met the person who wrote him that note. As a king, he ought to meet all of his subjects. All of them. Even the ones who try to stay anonymous.

He remains at the bar by himself for a long time, just sipping on a soda. And then he gets up. The note clutched in his hand, he monkeys up a nearby streetlamp and stands at the very tippy top without any trouble balancing whatsoever.]

I know a couple of us got these. [He holds up his (wrinkled) note.] And I wanna know why. I don't care if you don't wanna know, but I wanna know. So. Give me everything you got. There has to be some reason for this. Someone's not telling me everything and I, as your gracious, awesome Storm King, Lord of the Winds and Grand Surveyor of Panties, want to know!

A friend of mine received this, Arch-Grand Overlord-sama. When we called initially, a rather aggressive man expecting someone called 'Sergei' answered the phone. The person says they've never met a 'J,' but my received another note asking that we call again. I've been researching the number, but it hasn't shown up any leads. It's possible you may need to call from the Astral Plane.
