[Someone is back for more, although she doesn't seem too happy about it.]

I suppose it was to be expected that such a dimension would become a convergence... perhaps it is a trend for all intersections, as the number of convergences has increased with the multitude of intersections. Nevertheless, it seems that the same frequency still works to connect. Now that retrograde is permitted from this plane, perhaps bringing others may also be possible.

It seems that now would be a good time to prepare a proper report as well. This may be the most well-defined dimension that has been encountered... perhaps the first step on the way.

I don't project when I'm relaxing. And a parallel dimension is hardly the sort of place one would relax in.

But this place is pretty much harmless. Seeing as time doesn't pass back on our own worlds and all, s' kinda obvious to come here for breaks...but, whatever works, I guess.

A temporal discrepancy doesn't mean that there's time to relax. I suppose for most people this is simply a pastime.

Then perhaps you can understand when I say that my presence here is in a strictly professional capacity. This place needs to be analyzed as best as possible and added to the catalogue. As there is no real threat, then no defensive measures need to be taken.

Bringing others onto the Plane from your own world is not possible.

Is that so? A pity... it's difficult to create a proper report with just one person.

Perhaps not. Although I don't look forward to having to develop terminology for alternative reality versions of people I know.

Part of my job is documenting the dimensions that I examine. I don't see how it should be any different than usual.

That...sounds messy, yeah.

It had been largely theorized about, of course, but the chance of encountering an alternative reality was considered to be miniscule due to the unlimited possibility of dimensions. Now I suppose we test just how prepared were were for the eventuality to arise.

Most races are unaware of separate dimensions, let alone capable of documenting them. Mentioning to others in their world that they regularly visit a dimension made of of starlight and space would quickly label them eccentric at best, mentally compromised at worse.

...So you all already know about these things, on your world. [Another difference. ... Well, now she knows how to tell the Pis apart. "Pi that knows about other dimensions and can access the Plane" and "Pi from home world, who doesn't know about the Plane." That's easy enough.]

It was all merely speculation for the longest time. No one is prepared for their worldview to change so drastically all at once.
