[considering it's been almost a year since Inara actually posted an entry, I think it's about time she welcomes people to bug her, don't you?

she's currently spending some time in her 'room,' which is mainly just her half-shuttle she brings to the Plane, praying in front of some incense. you're welcome to bother her ~~since everyone else always does on Serenity, anyway~~]

[Wow that smells good, have a hovering vampire Inara!] ...A nice space.

[...He might be faintly dazed on the incense]

[have a Doctor, hands in his pockets and standing aside. He won't interrupt her while she's praying, of course, but the moment he thinks she's completed, he'll speak]

That little home of yours, eh?

[The half-shuttle is definitely new, and Naminé is definitely curious. She wanders over, looking around carefully and slightly in awe.]

What a beautiful place...! [And she sees Inara. She doesn't realize that the woman is praying, though, so she goes ahead and asks:] Is this yours?

[looks up, not entirely surprised at the intrusion] Thank you. I do try.

[since he waited, she goes about folding up her clothes, snuffing the incense and standing elegantly as she addresses him] As close to home as one can have away from their planet, yes.

[that's okay! she's used to distractions, but they're usually from snarky captains, not adorable girls, so she'll smile and completely forgive you]

It is, yes. You can come in, so to speak.

[She smiles and steps inside, marveling at the beautiful decor.]

Wow... is this your room, then? [Curious Naminé is curious, and looking at absolutely everything.]

[man Namine, why so cute] It is, yes. My shuttle, actually.

[Idk, why so elegantly beautiful, Inara?]

It's like a palace room, almost. Something out of a storybook. Though... what's a shuttle?

[it's just how she rolls~]

Oh, it's nothing so opulent as that. [and though the question is a bit odd, she keeps smiling] It's part of a spaceship.

Oh! [Smile!] We don't... have that in my world. That's really amazing!

I'm sorry. Um, my name is Naminé. [She smiles politely.] I'm not interrupting anything... am I?

Thank you, dear.

[seriously, Namine. socute] I'm Inara. And you're fine. I don't mind visitors, really.

[ Have an elementary school girl appearing! Although she isn't saying anything, only observing. She's still getting used to this whole Astral Plane. ... thing. ]

[He hesitates for a moment and then bows his head, smiling faintly] I am sorry for the intrusion; I did not mean to interrupt your worship [Thank heavens he doesn't completely share his father's attitude to religion]

[brb staring in awe and wonder]

Oh, it's not that much of a bother. I'm rather used to it. [and she snuffs out the incense, getting to her feet] Would you like to come in?

[so many young children! and so quiet and polite :O]

You don't have to hide out there. You're welcome to come in.

[that's cool. she's just gonna sit here, all pimp and hotness while you stare]

[That sounds like his home!] You have a lot of chaotic people in your life? [Well, that takes care of the whole vampires and residences problem nicely] ...It wouldn't inconvenience you?

[yay for similarities?!] Well, I don't always get the privacy I ask for, I guess I could say. But that's neither here nor there. [have a charming smile] It's not an inconvenience at all.

[They can be epic crazy-people-keep-bugging-me buddies!] No, privacy does seem to be a rather elusive quality at times [He smiles charmingly in return and takes a step forward] Thank you.

[ There is a split second of hesitation before Ai bows her head and steps inside. ] You have a beautiful room, miss.

[Drusilla has no sense of religious obligation and no problem with interrupting the prayers of others. She picks up a stick of incense, sniffing it then discarding it.]

Can he hear you, your god? Does the smoke carry the words to heaven?

[/hi5] It certainly makes on appreciate the quiet moments.
