[because Christy says I need to post with Annie. So here's Annie, doing paperwork and things. Paperwork is important and terribly terribly boring. She doesn't want to do any more organizing and collating and organizational things, because it is boring and annoying and stuff. But she does what she must because she's responsible and things, despite the mind numbing tedium. She knows she'll be satisfied with a task well done once it is done, but at the moment, well she'd rather be doing anything but... So bother her at your leisure, because she could do with a good bother just about now.]

She looks up at Diva, a little surprised. She looks down at her papers then shrugs]

If I had a say I wouldn't be working on this at all at the moment. More Sam's doing than mine, I'd say.

{A pause, then} On second thought, maybe not. He probably would do it. He already does enough of it.

[looks up at Diva, closing up one of her files. She gives Diva a tight smile]

Yeah, of course you're too right. Knowing Sam he probably would do.

[looks at Diva for another second or two, then back to work as she shifts the file to the side into a pile, then grabs another]

Yeah, is good for a breather, too. It can get hard to get anything done in there at times.

Just got to go and organize some suspect files and witness reports. They're all sort of tossed about, so it takes a good chunk of your day to get anything in order.

It's nothing to worry yourself over. Just seemed to have found myself buried in work at the moment. Sam'll be livid if I haven't got this done, so I should get back to it.

That was all a bit weird, especially when we had to pile into the Guv's car.

He was treating that Arthur bloke all right, wasn't he? Poor thing looked like he hadn't had a decent night's rest last I saw of him.

I overreacted. It's not something I'm proud of, but it's...Well, I guess I should just say that I've done much worse, honestly.

I'll drag up the past as I'd like, since it's important. If I'm just a monster to you, Annie, then a friendship...Ne, it's kind of pointless, isn't it?

I'm just not used to it, I guess! It's hard to believe that Amshel was praising me for doing thinks like that only a year ago. I didn't mean to be that...cruel, I suppose. I shouldn't have been.

I was hungry. It didn't help. It's...well, it's hard to explain, and I don't know if you'd really understand, but...

{She does sound honestly embarrassed} Maybe it is a bit monstrous. I was angry, because...Well, I don't need to explain that, I don't think. Sometimes I can't control my...urges, I guess I should put it. They were much worse before I came here, though. Not that...Amshel helped. So maybe I did enjoy it, a little bit, but that's because--

Goodness, I shouldn't tell you about that. Amshel, I shouldn't tell too many people about him. I should just let him die in my memories too.
