[Haseo is back and brings with her some scenery. Her back's against the wall, and she's looking up at the sky...sort of.

She doesn't look too happy, to tell the truth. More specifically, she looks like she's been through a massive awkward turtle moment. Which she has.]

Jeez, visiting them was just plain weird...guess it could've been worse, though. But I think it's gonna take a lot more than that to make things okay again.

[Turns her head away for a moment while she composes herself, and when she talks it sounds like she's trying to hold back anger or tears or both.] Where she was attacked by the Guardians, and probably killed, since I don't think she could really be knocked into a coma like players could be.

[Deep breath and pulls herself together.] It exists there, too... huh.

That's -- How do you know about the Temptress?! ... Wait, you know her? As in, in person?!

...Our worlds really are different. Macha...isn't dead in my world. She was at one point, but she's back now. And I've never spoken to her personally.

... Kuhn mentioned her being an 'avatar' or a 'Phase' or something like that. She might come back, since she's data, I think... but I haven't really logged back into the game since I woke up, so I'm not sure.

But yeah. I don't think she was on my side originally, but we were friends. I think.

Avatar...Phase... [Eyes narrow.] I don't know. On my world, Macha is the name of a goddess. My friend Endrance has a pact with her.

...I see. [Pauses to think for a moment.] The gods on my world - I don't think it's possible to kill them permanently. Even beheading them only worked for a while, and that was under weird circumstances. So - who knows, maybe the Macha of your world will be able to come back, too.

I don't know where that is. I know Mac Anu pretty well, though. It's where pretty much everyone starts out, though. It's good for meeting up with people, and the canals are really nice to look at when the sun sets just behind the buildings...

...Guess so. It's not like I argued with 'em or anything. But, well - some things kinda went badly a while ago, and it's probably going to take a while before things are okay again.

I haven't lived with them since I turned seventeen. Been stayin' at guild halls since I left. [...Hmm. That could get taken the wrong way, and even though things got awkward, she doesn't want people thinking wrongly about the people who raised her.] ...I wanted to go explore the city, but it ended up not being that simple.

I'm afraid I'm unfamiliar with guild halls. Still. [charming smile~ she won't judge visually] I have to admit, I did something similar when I was younger. Touring Italy was quite lovely. I can't blame you for wanting some freedom.

If they cared, then that explains why they didn't want to tell her the truth; on the other hand, it would've ruined that guy's plans if she'd known, and they'd been loyal enough to him to take her in and so on...] ...That's a good question. I don't know.

Oh, they don't have guilds in your world, then? They're kinda like organizations for causes, like an anti-violence guild or the like; they get buildings in the city called guild halls, and the guild members often stay in 'em.

Yeah, really. [...That is an interesting name and not one we have heard before!] Italy? What's that?

Oh, like trade houses. That makes so much more sense. We have quite a few guilds in England, I just didn't realise you were referencing something similar.

I'm glad. It's hard to bounce back after bad things... but I think you can do it. You seem pretty strong.

No, it isn't. Well, Mac Anu isn't, anyway. The other towns I've been to are nice too, and then there are ruins and so on.

Besides, if all else fails, there's the Arena, and that's never dull.
