002 - Slouch of Villainy

[Well, never mind how long it's been, Dracula shows back up on the ol Plane, this time bringing something along with him.

Or perhaps, under him is a way to put it. He has brought to the plane a rather elaborate and, not to mention, chaotic throne with him. After all, what is an embodiment of darkness without his throne to slouch villainously in. It's just not right.

Upon a passing glance of it, the rather tall back to the throne seems symmetrical, but further observation will show that it really isn't, and in fact the two sides are similar but different from one another. This is not a mere design flaw by some craftsman with ADHD, this is an intentional display of the subtleties of chaos.

And on the topic of chaos anyone sensitive to it will likely be able to detect a small chaotic presence from the throne itself.

Now, upon the throne, slouched in the way only a villain truly can, is Dracula. No glass of blood, this time, One legged is crossed over the other, one hand is propping his head up, whilst the other rests casually upon the arm rest.]

Ah. Now this is much more to my liking.

[Someone's gotta keep tabs on the evil here on the Plane. Axel is just out of seeing range. It's hard to hide on the Plane since everyone emits their own 'soul light', unless, of course, you're peeking around behind a building. It's possible that he could be up to something else, like any other resident.

If he weren't watching Dracula out of the corner of his eye every once in a while.]

{:O}

Wow, that's amazing! I've never seen a chair that...big, before. I guess that would make it a throne, wouldn't it?

[identity profile] madamemoiselle.livejournal.com 2009-05-10 02:44 am (UTC)(link)
Oh, indeed! I can't boast a throne for myself, unless you count the "throne of corpses" as Amshel called it, many years ago.

{She nods}

It only seemed fitting for the human that kept me captive for fifty years as his experiment. I couldn't have thought of anything better.

Like what?

[The throner and its bearer have enough presence to make Isaiah a tiny bit dizzy, maybe a touch tipsy, and of course irresistibly drawn. On actually seeing Dracula and the throne, however, his eyes bug out and he freezes like a rabbit coming across the fox.]

{She curls some of her hair around her finger, nodding absently}

Oh, certainly. I know my share of that.

[identity profile] madamemoiselle.livejournal.com 2009-05-10 04:23 am (UTC)(link)
...Our nature? Do you think so?

[identity profile] madamemoiselle.livejournal.com 2009-05-10 04:31 am (UTC)(link)
{She interlaces her fingers together lightly}

I wouldn't know. There's only Saya and I, and...Well, neither one of us really knows about what we are.

[identity profile] madamemoiselle.livejournal.com 2009-05-10 04:55 am (UTC)(link)
No, I don't think it is, because Sister is human, except for what she eats, it seems like. But I don't know what I am. It's not really "happy" either way.

[He laughs nervously and looks around a little.]

Yeeeeaaah, that's one word for it.

[identity profile] madamemoiselle.livejournal.com 2009-05-10 05:19 am (UTC)(link)
But if I were "night", then I wouldn't be able to have the friends that are "day".

Then I guess I'll just have to wait a mortal's lifetime to see. I made a promise to him, after all, so I'll keep it until I see a reason otherwise.
