[this is Lucy. this is Lucy sitting quietly off to some random side of the Plane, resting in a wide, comfy chair, legs tucked beneath her and reading a book. what book? a random one she snatched from the TARDIS library that gives some (very) truncated history on Gallifrey. why? because her husband has currently gone a mite bonkers and thinks himself someone else. it really, really sucks. so she's doing some reading and hoping to find some answers.

[Hey, Lucy! So he totally said he'd leave you alone, but he's actually not come to bug you! This Rassilon & Omega thing just has him wondering what has happened to the TARDIS and Donna while the those two are off playing dress up, and you are the only source of this sort of information. He's a little awkward approaching, and finally just takes a breath and approaches, looking over Lucy's shoulder]

There's much better books on the subject in the library if you look around a bit.

[well, from what Lucy knows, the TARDIS seems fine and Donna hasn't said anything to her, so she wouldn't have any answers for you, Handy. not that she'd give them anyway, but you know]

Well, you're not going to find out much about Rassilon and Omega in that one anyway, beyond the basics.

Are they still going about thinking they're those two?

Not the expert, but I know that text there is a horrible source for anything. It's an overview, at best. There are a few biographies of the two, if you look around.

And what about the rest of you? The TARDIS and Donna? When I spoke with the Doct - sorry, 'Omega and Rassilon' - before, they said they were back on Gallifrey when they dropped from the Plane.

Yes, well. I'll keep that in mind.

Donna is fine, as far as I know. She was last I spoke with her. And the Doctor's ship is as useless as ever, so I suppose nothing has changed there. [purses her lips] Harry seems to be under the peculiar idea he isn't himself, yes. I rather suspect your better is behind it.

[that gets a glare, but then he takes a breath and shrugs it off]

I'm sure the Doctor has nothing to do with it, he seemed just as delusional. If anything it's the place, I think. One of those experiments.

Don't be daft. Harry isn't one to let those Twins manipulate him. I'm certain it's the Doctor's fault. Either the one I'm stuck with or that fool you keep with.

That makes absolutely no sense. What would the Doctor gain from having himself walking around thinking he's Omega? He's just as impacted by all this as the Master is.

Please. Everything he touches goes awry somehow. I wouldn't be surprised if this is the same. [sniffs] And there's no love lost between the other one and my husband. He has every reason.

Yeah, I wonder why that is?

[gives her a look and then shrugs, trying to get back to relatively civil. he really would like to know what is going on, even if that means being civil with Lucy to figure it out]

Either way, He is staying away from the Master as best as I can tell. And even then, I don't think He'd do something to hurt the Doctor you're traveling with.

Mmm, you would, wouldn't you? [this look? this look says 'It's ruined and it's all your fault.' Lucy's not bitter, naaaaw

but he is trying to be civil, so]

I don't keep track of who he has contact with and I'd rather keep it that way. [gives Handy a look] Really? Why do you say that?

[puzzled by that look she gives him] Why would He want to hurt His other self?

You were him, once, weren't you? Can't you answer that?

[thinks, and then shakes his head] He wouldn't want to, [hesitate then, because maybe there are things he doesn't know, and Lucy did know Him very well] would He?

[and she just smirks, then laughs, closing the book in her lap] Mmm, maybe you're better off not knowing the answer to that.

[have a glare and much more adamantly] He wouldn't. He just, He wouldn't.

[beat]

If anything it would be the Master. He does like those robes a great deal.

{Wide, you say? Wide enough for Diva to sit down next to you?}

Ne, hello Lucy. It seems like when you come here, you're usually relaxed.

[matches the look] Think what you want. All three of you are particularly good at it.

[opens the book again] Either way, it still makes him responsible.

[of course! Diva can always ~~snuggle~~ sit with Lucy]

Does it? That's a good thing, I suppose. I wouldn't want to be stressed, after all.

And how does that make the Doctor responsible?

You're such an expert on the truth, aren't you?

Harry may like those ridiculous robes, but not enough to delude himself into thinking he's someone else. It has to be the Doctor's fault. Either some fouled-up plan or revenge, but I simply know it's his fault.

Mm, well I mean you're always doing something relaxing like reading, it seems like. It's a good thing, though! It is really nice here. For the most part.

I enjoy a good book every now and again. I suppose it's one of the reasons I worked in the book store back home. You seem rather calm. Have things been going well for you, dear?

And what's that supposed to mean?

And I simply know it's not. It's this place or something. It's not the Doctor, any of them.
