You're in a lucky position - from what I understand from Milo, you have no immediate neighbors, but be aware that if it should come to trouble, you are the LAST line of defense Sanctuary has.

If you have to leave sanctuary, you must pass through the lower temples to do so. Announce yourself before you enter Virgo, Leo, Taurus and Aries.

That's all I can tell you - Milo himself might have more information, but I haven't seen him in some time now...
