[Arthur appears on the Plane, looking very different to how he usually dresses. His hair is parted to the side, and his glasses have been replaced with thick, coke-bottle lenses. He's wearing a stripped polo shirt, a  fleece vest, and khaki pants.

There's also an inhaler in his hand, and he seems at quite a loss as to what to do with it.] This is....unusual.

[The relief is clear on his features] Doctor! Do you know what's going on?

....That looks a bit pathetically dorky. Is that Arthur? Did someone let you into the wrong box of clothing?

Well, that's a relief at least. I was afraid someone else had shown up that looked like us. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

[studies Arthur now, tilting his head, still confused]

What happened to you? You didn't get into another bicycle accident, did you? Hit your head, end up dressed like that?

It's not. It's just- I didn't dress like this, not this morning.

And my eyesight wasn't as bad.

[He just sort of....stares at Handy for a few moments] Does that ever happen to you? You run into a tree and end up dressed differently?

[deftly snatches off his glasses and whips out his screwdriver]

Let me see.

Might've hit your head and lost your senses, I don't know.

[gives Arthur's appearance another once over]

How do you explain [his hands move around to illustrate just what he's talking about] that?

[His first reaction is to shut his eyes, because everything being that much of a blur suddenly is extremely disorienting. He tries to take a step back, but ends up reaching up and placing a hand on the Master's shoulder to steady himself]

Master, what are you-?

[looks down, tugging gingerly at the shirt] I wasn't dressed like this before.

I'm more interested in what this is. [raises up the inhaler]

[mildly] I wouldn't advise you to touch me and then say my name. Particularly not when you're as vulnerable as you are. Now, stay still.

[he grabs Arthur by the side of the face to hold him in place]

Open your eyes. I want to gauge the damage.

You know what, I saw this happen before too, recently. Buffy, she came on the Plane hair and clothes and everything were completely different. Said when she went back home though, it all went back to normal.

[takes the inhaler without asking, turning it over in his hands, examining it before giving it back to Arthur]

Oh, that. That's an inhaler. For people with asthma. [gives Arthur another confused look] Since when have you had asthma?

[He immediately drops his hand, blushing] Sorry.

[He stays still, slowly opening his eyes]

[turning it curiously in his hand] Asthma?

[amused at that, the Master briefly scans Arthur's eyes, then raises an eyebrow]

If it's any consolation, you've not suddenly gone blind. Well, you have, but it's not your blindness. Not your body. This is the body of another man. I don't think he's that much younger than you, though. Time change doesn't feel particularly relevant. A year or two at most.

[a pause] May I have my glasses back now, please?

[he frowns, as if considering - not that Arthur can really see and then says, firmly] No, I don't think so. I'll keep them.

It's a breathing condition. Means you can't do any strenuous activities. [gives Arthur a look] Like riding your bicycle around the Plane.

Still, I think you should be all right back at home. Seems the effects of whatever this is go away once you leave the Plane. Still, I've only seen one person it's happened to.

[He's torn on what to focus on now] So who's is it?

And I can't see without those, at all. My old glasses would be no good, even if I found them.

[nods] It'd be hard to explain this to anyone. Also, what am I supposed to do with the inhaler?

How am I supposed to know? Bodyswaps going on all over the place. I think you'll be better off without your glasses. I'm sure your vulnerability will endear you to some poor sop.

Or you'll fall victim to a less pleasant resident.
