[Pollution appears, one hand reaching out as if to turn a knob. He stands completely still for several beats. After a flash of a shocked expression, he takes a moment to give his surroundings a miffed look. That accomplished, he drops his arm to his side.]
I was in the middle of something. [He speaks quietly, still looking vaguely annoyed.
