[Aniki is sitting in her enclave in the woods, quite human, inspecting every inch of her beloved sword, cleaning it, honing it it, polishing it until it practically glows in the light from the lampflowers. She sings softly, turning the weapon over and over, reacquainting herself both with it and her hands.]

[It's good to be human again.]

[The Doctor is rather surprised to find a non-horsey-Aniki but he smiles anyway.]

Someone is on two legs again, I see.

[She sheaths her sword and swings to her feet, wrapping her arms around him in a massive hug. There is some snuggling against his neck involved, too.]

[He's really surprised by it but he hugs her back warmly and gives a short laugh.] Glad to see you, too. Are you feeling more like yourself again?

[She stays hugging him, just because. It takes a minute to get her mouth to move the right way.] Talking. Hard.

[He does not mind hugs!] Ah, well, it's only to be expected. You were a horse for a bit.

Never guess that. [She makes a face at him, feeling slightly horse-fogged still just from him being there. She rests her face against his neck again.]

Well! [The Doctor pulls back and smiles at her.] Let's practice on your speech, eh?

[DOING THINGS WITH THE NICE ONE YAY. She cuddles close again before realizing what she's doing, and even then she pulls back only reluctantly.] How, then?

[The Doctor thinks, then nods.] Try to tell me what you've been doing since you changed back? Or even how it happened.

[She sits back down, tugging on his hands almost childishly to try and get him to sit as well.] Rosto found, stole back, killed bandits. City of Gods, found mage. Fixed.

[He lets her tug him down and sits beside her.] Ah, well, that's a bit...you're back at least.

[She cuddles against his arm.] Found other, too. One that changed.

[He blinks at the cuddling but carries on.] He seems to have changed you back.

[She shakes her head, rests her face against his arm. The smell is familiar enough by now that it makes her feel distant, makes hands and sitting and humanness all feel a bit unreal.] Him n... not change back. Other mage do. Was... first time, accident.

Oh my~ If it isn't a fine weapon~

[He notices the focus fading and nudges her a bit.] Aniki? Still there?

It seems that this weapon is quite precious to you! Why, the only thing I have seen that glows more would be the moon itself.

Aniki~!

Finer with bit of blood.

Is. [She smiles at it.] Tongue slow today. [She gestures at her mouth by way of explanation.]

[She grins and salutes him.]

[Blink. Oops.] Yes.

[So relieved!] Aniki.

[Have a slightly less human Ianto rubbing around your ankles, Aniki.]

Let's try that again? Try telling me that last...erm, part of the story.
