[Ianto is in the kitchen preparing a mug of coffee. He's fresh from the shower after a spot of early morning weevil hunting (literally unfortunately), and his hair is still damp from it.

He doesn't look particularly refreshed, though. If anything he looks rather shaken, and it definitely wasn't the weevils who were responsible for that.]

They're getting better, but...it's just been rough lately.

No sleep at all, short naps...be more specific.
