[Ianto's holding a more than slightly bloodied tea towel to his stomach, and is crouching over a first-aid kit,  rooting through it slightly shakily.  He eventually manages to find a painkiller.  He tears of the wrapper, jamming the syringe into his leg before starting to search through the first-aid kit again.]
