I tried to telephone, they said you were not home [that's a lie]

[holding a physically broken phone (landline, a snazzy 70's style one). It's cracked along the plastic, pieces dangling and so on. It happens to be from the office. Sorry, Gene.]

Does anyone here know how to repair a phone?
