A happy ending?

[Guess what day it is, Plane? Nope, it's not Halloween come early... but it's a special day regardless. According to the Twins' experiment, it's the ten year anniversary of Ryotarou's adoption! So, Ryotarou, Jack and Ianto are now all on the Plane around a table with a pizza between them. They seem to be having a good time.]

...are you sure now's really the time to be talking about that?

What? I like this story. And there's nothing sexual about it, so you can't tell me that's the reason I'm not allowed to tell it.

I suppose that's true, but... How was I supposed to know that was going to happen?

Well, you could've asked about what might've happened first.

Press first, ask questions later. [a pause] Or is it the other way around?

(ooc: And so, the experiment draws to a close. Ryotarou, Jack and Ianto will be back in their own realities once this post is over, although their memories of the whole thing will be in tact.)

[Too bad Ianto's already spotted him out of the corner of his eye.] Not coming over?

[Despite knowing none of them Sealink immediately starts rubbing herself against their legs, letting out a rumbling purr as she looks up at the table.]

[Whoa, it's a cat.] E-eh...?

[Her purr intensifies as she rubs her head against his knee.] You gonna share that, or are you just going to sit there gawking?

[Oh, it's another talking cat. He absently uses his free hand to pet the top of her head?] Um... sorry. Are you sure it's okay for you to eat?

[Leans into the petting.] Sure it is, hon. I ain't too fond of the pizza, but the topping... oh, don't even get me started on the topping. [Sealink may or may not be drawling now.]

[He thinks about it for a second... then takes one of the more heavily topped pieces and sets it on the floor for her.] Here. If you're sure.

[The topping's gone almost as soon as he places the slice on the floor, and Sealink lies next to the remains of the slice licking her paws.]

[Smiles back.] It is. ... Ah, do you want to...? [Motions toward the table.]

[Fidgets a little, because awkwardness, or pizza?]
