[Sealink is in the Astral kitchen.  There's a scattering of inedible rubbish across the floor, mostly around the overturned bin.  Sealink's backside is all that can be seen of her.  The rest of her is inside the bin, searching for food.

After a few moments she wriggles out, lying next to the bin and tearing a chunk from an old fish she's found in there and chewing contentedly.]

[Rolls his eyes as he sees the mess, then kneels and begins to pick up the worst of it] If you were hungry, you should have asked.

[Nuuuuu the kitchen!] Ah--you--don't have to do that. I could get you something if you're hungry...

[Gnaws at the fish.] Don't need to ask, hon. It's pretty obvious where to find it.

[Omnomnom, fish.] I already got something, don't I?

There was no one else around. If there was, I would've asked for something fresh.

[Crouches down and starts cleaning up.] I would have gotten you something...

[Tears a chunk from the fish, then looks up at him.] You know, I wouldn't complain if you still wanted to...

I doubt anyone would mind if you came to find them.

[Pops on with a water pistol]

[Bounds over and pounce on her back]

[Small smile.] Sure, if you just let me...clean this stuff up. What would you like?

[Sealink yowls and jumps back. She hisses at him as she lands, her wet fur standing on end.]

[Around a mouthful of fish.] Just give me a second, hon. I'm a little busy here.

Whatever you make best, babe. I ain't a fussy eater.

I'll make sure to ask next time I get a little peckish, then. Or at least try to be a little less messy.

[OM NOM FUR. After a moment of useless attacking, she rolls off of Sealink and inspects the big cat's fish.]

[Sealink looks up at her, then tears her off a chunk, nudging it towards her.]

Now clean up this mess!

I don't care if you don't have opposable thumbs. Get to it or I'll bring out the real gun.

[Sealink just hisses again, dropping into her New Orleans street fighter shuffle.]

[She pounces on it and starts knocking it around the kitchen floor.]

[That would be his awesome fried rice, but he's not too sure about what cats can digest and what they can't. Best to stick to meat.] How about salmon teriyaki, then? Do you want it cooked or uncooked?

[Meanwhile he's got all the garbage back and sets the bin back where it was.]

[Glances up at her.] You know you're supposed to eat that, right?

Well you have to exhaust the prey first, hon.

Cooked, then. [Starts gathering up ingredients. Hooray, there's salmon in the fridge!] I think I'll do a glaze instead of a marinate. Marinating will take awhile.

*sigh* This is why I'm not a cat person.

[Are you an anything person?]

[Does he really even qualify as a person?]

[Watches him gather the ingredients as she tears off another chunk of fish.]

[Grins around a mouthful of fish.] I think you've managed that already, hon.

[Deadpool raises an eyebrow for a second, but he's not surprised.]

Oh, you talk too. Well, in that case, say "hello" to my little friend.

[Raises water pistol.]

Or do something about this mess.

[He falls silent as he starts heating up a pan and starts mixing ingredients for the sauce together in a saucepan. Then he sets about deboning the fillet of salmon.]

[Sealink hops up onto the counter to watch him, nosing slightly at the fish as he prepares it.]

[Sealink arches her back, extending her claws as she hisses again.]

[SPRAAAAAY]

AHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

[With Mao he'd be moving him off the counter, but he figures it doesn't matter since the food is Sealink's anyway. He starts frying the salmon in a little bit of peanut oil, drizzling some of the sauce on as it goes. After a few minutes the salmon is done, so he scoops it out onto a plate, glazing it with the rest of the teriyaki. He sets the plate in front of Sealink.]

Careful, it's hot.

[Sealink doesn't seem to care too much about the temperature and digs in enthusiastically.]

[Sealink lets out another furious yowl, and launches herself at him.]

[Deadpool's reflexes are good enough to see this and attempt to pistol whip Sealink while she's in midair.]
