[Mu is practicing something again. Unlike last time, however, he seems slightly more unsure of his maneuvers, and is extremely focused on what he's doing. The movements are incredibly fast, mostly in the arms, which move ahead and behind, rarely to the sides. He finishes a few sets before stopping, refocusing himself, and beginning them again. He finally seems to finish, sitting on the Astral floor and beginning to stretch out his legs]

[Looks up between stretches] It is not my best form, but thank you.

[Clasps her hands behind her back and kicks her heels against the ground.] I've never really tried martial arts. I mean, I do archery in school, but not hand-to-hand at all.

Thank you. It is called Fut Gar. Some people call it the Buddhist Palm. It makes for an excellent attack choice given the right opportunity.

It is a form of self-defence, which I am practicing. It may seem like a dance because I am practicing it in set patterns.

[blink] Self-defense, gero!? Something is trying to hurt you, hm hm hm? Nee nee something is hunting and eating you too, gero? And you can use it in a fight, you can?

I imagine. Look like one set that Chinese Amazons use, but much smoother.

What area of China, may I ask? This style was developed in the south, if I recall correctly.
