[Amaterasu stumbles onto the Plane in a flash of light and immediately lies down on her belly. She's panting like a dog that's been chasing a ball for several hours; her fur is ruffled and tangled, and there are twigs and burrs caught in it. There's also a rather large patch on her side where the fur has been burned black.]

[Tiredly, between pants,] Well...goodness. That was harder...than I expected it to be...

[She draws an X in the air and Mist Warps so that she's just behind Deidara. She throws her mirror again, though she's panting again now.]

[vanishes off the Plane and rearrives with a first aid kit]

Amaterasu! [ Panicked Angela ahoy! It's never a good sign when a goddess shows up injured. ]

[He jerks as he notices that Ammy isn't where she was, but isn't fast enough--as he's turning he gets whacked by the mirror. With a growl he makes and enlarges a flying clay bird to sit on.] Oh, so you want to see my art close up, too?

[Draws a line in the air and Power Slashes off one of the bird's wings.]

[He growls, leaps off the now-falling bird, and lets it crash. Katsu! [And now the bird is exploding.]

Burned? [Looks at her side and sighs.] Oh, that. That was the Master's doing, I'm afraid. He has a few tricks up his sleeve, doesn't he?

But, no, just winded, really. I was fighting a rather large demon deep within Agata Forest.

[Eyes the first aid kit.] I thank you, but really, there is no need for that.

[Whoa! Amaterasu leaps away, but not quite fast enough. She yelps as the explosion knocks her to the ground and sends her rolling across the Plane. It takes her a moment to get back to her feet.]

[And, laughing, Deidara tries to take advantage of this situation by sending a small flock of clay birds flying at Amaterasu, which will explode as soon as they're within range of her. Meanwhile, he's on another large, flying bird, and keeping his distance.]

[Fortunately Ammy knows how to deal with small explosives. She starts Power Slashing them out of the air before they can reach her. A few get through, so she Mist Warps out of the way, reappearing just beneath Deidara. She draws a loop in the air and a gust of wind hits the soaring bird.]

[Deidara is at his most agile in the air; he lets the wind hit him and shoot the bird up higher--the farther he is from his target the better off he is, in his mind. Meanwhile, the birds left over from the first attack have turned and are homing in on Amaterasu once more.] You're more than a normal wolf, I'll give you that, un.

[Damn, not as intended. So! Ammy uses a bomb of her own. A giant, round bomb appears in the air just above Deidara. Meanwhile Ammy is running fast to dodge the little birds. She draws a few marks above them and a downpour begins, drenching the birds.]
