[A young woman with stark white skin and purple hair appears suddenly on the Astral Plane, mid-walk and mid-talk. She's dressed rather simply in a low-cut peasant blouse and a layered black skirt, though her haircut is more modern than Victorian. Like anime. Or 1990s.]

[All of her collected-ness trembles in fear for a moment as she's completely cut off from everyone she ever knew. A quick mental scan of the area— an area as big as Whitechapel— reveals that none of her freaky family is in proximity.
Also, there is no floor. Or ceiling.]
Jack? Jack! Damn it, where—...!? [She reaches out to touch a lamp pole someone left behind, making sure it's real. She's never had an "episode" before but she thinks that quite possibly she may have hit her head. She leans against the pole and runs a hand through her hair, looking around.]
Something about this seems familiar, but I can't really remember it, and I know I would. Especially since I've never been anywhere that they couldn't hear me. Maybe I fell, or... no, I couldn't have been attacked, that's not right, I would have felt...
