[ Russian ] Fate sounds funny when she talks like this! It sounds like Russian. Am I right?

[in Fa'Dielian!] Ah, Nanoha! [smiles a bit for her in greeting] I don't know what it is we're speaking. Apparently no one else does, either. At least... I haven't found anyone if they do.
