[Hei doesn't so much appear on the Plane as he stumbles onto it. Even before he's fully materialized he's walking off in some random direction, staggering as if drunk. He's an absolute mess; pale, wet and thin-looking, a hollow look in his eyes. He's also clutching his shoulder, which is covered in blood. He keeps walking, seemingly unaware of the world around him.]

[If you're close enough to hear him, you'll notice he's muttering something to himself under his breath.]
