Scene 012 - Birthday

[Here is Juliet. Fully male again, finally.]

[He is now dressed in a fine, expensive tuxedo... laying on his back on the Plane's 'ground' looking tired. Who comes closer can smell some fine champagne too, and  we can say he had a few glasses, yes. Otherwise he couldn't handle the parents, their talk about business and the new fiancée-material who was just being introduced. Pure awesome. Even the champagne wasn't enough so he decided to take a break.]

Mmm...

[Juliet gives an annoyed noise, and rubs the bridge his nose. Feeling a little bit dizzy, and more antisocial than usual.]

[Who needs to be at home and in bed on a friday night when you can be skating around on the astral plane? Fine, Romeo preferred to have pajama parties or other fun things with his team, but Juliet had had 'obligations' or something so he couldn't come. And with this whole different reality thing going on it was already hard enough to get the whole team together, so he simply said there wouldn't be any party! Long story short, Romeo was bored and testing how fast he could go on his AT in this giant no-obstacle void.

That's why he almost ran into the boy on the ground. He only saw him at the last moment and had to quickly jump over him, luckily he managed to not hit him or fall down himself, but he wasn't very happy with it. As soon as he came to a stop he turned around and skated back to the person.]

Who goes and lays around on a black void while wearing black clothes?! That's dange- ...Juliet? [Romeo stared at him in disbelief for a moment, it wasn't often that he saw Juliet dressed in a normal fashion and he definitely had never seen him laying around like this.]

Is this laying around your so called 'obligation'? [He was a lot less annoyed now that he knew it was Juliet, ah love of his life~ He smiled down at him.]

[Whoah, something just jumped him over... nice speed, but the form was horribly off. Fail.]

Ara... Romeo~ Your form was marvelous~ [weren't they having a party? But Juliet just smiles up at Romeo, still laying.] Well, aren't you in a good mood, honey~? Joking around like that~

[...Damn you. Romeo had a feeling something strange was going on though.]

Is something wrong, Juliet? I really didn't expect to see you here.

[Sighs, and looks up at the stars, weee pretty~] Ah, wrong? What could be wrong on a night like this~? [beams~] I didn't expect to see you here either, Romeo~ Ah, it must be fate~!

[Kneels down and noticed the champagne smell.] I didn't expect to see you so in character tonight. [Yes he just said that, oops] Can I take it that either your obligation was so fun you got drunk and this is the result, or it sucked and you got drunk and this is still the result?

[frowns at him, now that 'in character' wasn't nice. :|] I'm Juliet whenever I want to be! [especially when running away from things~] But please take my in-character time away, Romeo, I beg.

And I'm not drunk. You are the one who can't handle drinking.

[Snorts and is not going to comment on that last bit]

Ah, Juliet~ You do look very handsome in this tuxedo. Would you like to explain to me the occasion of wearing this?

[chuckles, and sits up, hah not wobbly at all but close~]

The family decided to put up a small party for my birthday which is tomorrow... today~ So we can celebrate it together, isn't it nice of them~? [beams~!]

Oh. [Have a pouty Romeo for not having been invited to that party. Not that he's family, but he wished he was.] I have the feeling you didn't enjoy it much.

[have a :| face Romeo, so much for in-character time...] These parties are not for enjoying, Kousuke. [nose rubbing again] They are purely for business, even if it's a personal occasion like someone's birthday.

[Kousuke?? And here he was trying his best to be in character, damn you Juliet. He sat down now and looked concerned, there must be something seriously bothing him if he became like this.] How's a birthday party 'business'?

[Juliet is slightly drunk, what were you expecting?! XD]

For example, it's an opportunity for the heir to meet his soon to be partners. [looks at Romeo] Like business partners, and future fiancées~

[Blinks but then laughs] Oh, how silly, you did tell them there's no need for those because you already have me, right? Juliet?~

[now it's time for Juliet to snicker] Oh, Romeo~ You are my little secret I'm afraid~ And I would like to keep it safe~

That's so romantic! It must be hard keeping me a secret, I know I would want to shout my love for you from the rooftops!

[Although he said this, he wasn't really all that happy] What would happen if you told them about this little secret?

Oh, Romeo~ I feel exactly the same~ I want to shout it out for everyone to know, because you are my one, and only love~ My chosen hero one for this play called life on the stage of the world~!

[annoyed noise as Juliet is laying back again, uhh dizzy] That's enough, Romeo.

But I'm curious, this is like some wonderful tale about love in a storybook. Please tell me, perhaps it will inspire me to write a great play about it one day!

[Romeo can't sit still, so have him start playing with your hair, Juliet~]

[bats away his hand, because don't mess up his hair Romeo, he'll need that for later uses... he has a party to go back.]

[Bitchy Juliet is bitchy :| Romeo was disappointed to have to take his hand back.]

What exactly is making you feel so annoyed? Was the girl they picked out for you ugly?

[SIGH] Yes, it's all about the ugliness of the girl. [he so didn't pay attention to her though] And a thousand of other things.

[Sigh] Why don't you just tell them to fuck off and that you already have someone? I'm sure I'm way better than any girl. [Slightly out of character, but Juliet is being bitchy so it's hard to stick to the Romeo-ness. :|]

[now Juliet is more annoyed, so sits up and glares, ugh--- dizzy!] It's not about that! Not entirely about that-- You will never understand, Romeo, no, Kousuke. So please spare your magnificent scenarios for an other time, love~?

[Moves closer and puts both his arms around him and sounds just slightly faked-whiney] Please teeeeeell meeeeeeeeeeee.
