[Remember that demon tree Ammy brought last time? She appears near it again, only this time she's in the form of a beautiful human woman. Her hair is long and white, and the same red markings are around her eyes and face. She's wearing a furisode (kimono with long sleeves) of very pale green with a pattern of sakura branches and chickadees. She looks over the single tree and reaches up to rub her chin with delicate-looking fingers.]
It's very lonely-looking, isn't it? This simply won't do.
[A simple ink brush materializes in her hand and she presses the end of the handle to her lips contemplatively, like a painter scoping out her canvas.]
Some more trees, I think. Some flowers...perhaps a bit of water. [She smiles.] Yes.
[Only psychics or those attuned to such things will be able to see her work. She lifts the brush and makes several dots near the lone tree. Trees sprout from the dots--sakura, plum, pine, maple, and so on, until there's a tiny forest of trees, all of which are healthy and in bloom. Amaterasu then drags the brush over the ground around the base of the trees, and flowers, grass and small plants sprout as well. She looks over her handiwork and nods.]
[She disappears for a minute or so, and when she returns there's a small creek wending its way through the little forest.]
And for the finishing touches...
[Amaterasu paints tiny dashes in the air above the forest and from out of nowhere a light drizzle falls, making the leaves and blossoms glisten. Amaterasu beams and the brush in her hand disappears.]
Very nice, I think. Though I'm amazed that such simple work has tired me so...
[She walks forward and then settles down in the grass beneath a particularly tall maple, gathering the furisode around her.]
Ah, and now is as good a time as any. I should like to speak to those little Twins, if they are about~
