He looks up, quite disheveled and windblown and looking rather nonplussed. There's a glob of something pink stuck in his hair, though he hasn't noticed yet.]

Not something I'd usually get involved in, but one of them was a Contractor we've been after. Eats cotton candy as his obeisance. [Runs a hand through his hair and stops when he finds the hardened pink blob.] What the...?

I'd imagine it was. If a bunch of weirdos dragged me into a candy factory without warning, I'd worry I was going to be a virgin sacrifice to some taffy god.
