[In some uncrowded area of the Plane somewhere, things are pretty quiet. And plain. And empty. ... Until just a second ago, anyway. Because now, there's a building here - a stone, Victorian-looking thing that, while obviously sturdy and structurally sound, does look like it's been... left alone for a while. There are cracks in some of the windows, plenty of dust to go around, and some of the accents seem a little worn. Nothing a little love wouldn't fix though, right?
There's also a redheaded punk standing on the porch, staring at the front door. He's quiet for a moment or two... but then he laughs - a little incredulous, but mostly excited!]
Hey no way, that actually worked!
[He grins, leans against one of the posts at the top of the stairs and shoves his hands in his pockets. He looks pretty pleased with himself, all things considered. For good reason: this is going to be the best project ever.]
Wonder if Emil's here anywhere...

And I'm pretty sure the whole thing came and not just the outside! [... ... Then again this is the Plane so he does have to wonder...] ... Maybe I should check that. [And he starts for the door!]
no subject
Well, it's all attached, in a way, so you'd think it ought… Still, better to be sure. [heading for the door right after Eithan]

There really isn't much furniture inside - looks like the place was emptied for just about all it could have had before it was left to sit, abandoned. Eithan smiles, pleased.]
Oh, good. 's a whole buildin'. [Snort!] Otherwise, I probably would 've had even more work ahead of me, huh?

[But Eithan is standing in it so that means--]
You found something we can use?
no subject
Anyway. Eithan grins when he spots Emil, walks down the stairs and heads his way, hands still in his pockets.]
Yep. What do you think? [He nods at it.] It's probably gonna need work, but... think it's a keeper?
no subject
To be honest... I don't really know the first thing about fixing up a building, but I'd really like to learn.

[He laughs a bit, seemingly still in good humor, but... that smile doesn't quite reach his eyes. Because we're not gonna talk about why the towns were decimated in the first place, okay? okay.
He shakes off those niggling thoughts like a champ, though, and waves for Emil to follow him inside.]
C'mon, I'll show you where shit could be when it's done!
no subject
[It would've been like Palmacosta, or Luin, except Emil doesn't actually remember the horrible things that happened to either place before the Blood Purge. The division between his real memories and the fake ones is still blurry sometimes. The reality is that Emil doesn't really know anything at all about rebuilding human towns, though he'd love to help people out. He loves humans so much. He loves everything. He doesn't want to see it destroyed.
Taking a breath, he follows Eithan across the threshold.]
Huh, it's bigger on the inside.

[... You know....]
Okay maybe you didn't hear the first part about me bringin' it here. You're gonna start thinkin' I'm tryin' to kill you again aren't you.
no subject
[then he stops, alarmed] Wait, you're trying to kill me!? [and he starts backing up again] Why would you want to kill me? My blood doesn't even taste good! Really!

Yeah, uh, just me. What's up?

no subject
Yeah, it is. [Nod!] A friend and I had this idea to start a kind of restaurant-stage-thing here, and then I saw this place was just sittin' and collectin' dust and figured it'd be a good startin' point.
